Several major developments to the CSG Group in 2004 provided the key strategic enhancements to complete the integration of IT and business solutions supported by CSG including; real global software development, computer telephony and business Internet services.

The software development team work on traditional bespoke projects and more importantly extends this service provision to include website based, content management, Intranet & information systems that support the rapid development, deployment and maintenance of custom, content-rich Web applications.

CSG Telecom has been formed to provide full communication and network infrastructure services. This division of CSG specialises in Voice and Data services for business and supplies an extensive range of Telecoms equipment and support services.

CSGi Internet Services offer a full suite of services from installation to fully managed corporate solutions that enable businesses to exploit the full potential of the Internet, including connectivity, security, anti virus and hosting.

As a result of consistent growth in EPoS hardware and software solutions and increasing demand for quality services and support from this sector, CSG Retail Solutions was launched to deliver uncompromised expertise and support to its retail clients. This division specialise in complete end-to-end systems from front-end hardware through to the back end accounting software from Sage and Pegasus.
