The table manager can be fully customised to your table layout and you can also setup different floor layouts with varying numbers of seats per table for different functions that may be required, such as weddings, conferences, parties and so on. Our hospitality uses simple drag and drop techniques allowing you to design and deploy a table layout within minutes. Through the till staff can see whether a table is occupied, vacant or the customers are late.

Through the bookings manager staff can take telephone bookings and reserve tables for specific times and set a reserve time for the booking. The booking schedule screen shows all of the bookings on a selected date with the current status such as arrived, pending arrival, late, the name of the customer and the amount of people in the party. Furthermore, from this screen you can drill down into the booking for further details such as special requirements. Customer satisfaction has been thought of during our Bookings’ development, which is why customer details are stored in a database to make future bookings quick and easy.

Transactions can be parked against tables through tills, which allows the management of bills per table/customer to be made simple. Menus on the tills can be easily configured to your requirements to make searching for items quick and easy. You can easily print receipts from the till to printers in the restaurant, bar and kitchen making the operation of communicating food and drink orders smooth and efficient. When the customer settles the bill the transaction can be easily recalled and payment taken in the usual way and any future table reservations can be made at this point.

Mobile Hospitality - Handheld Epos Solution for Restaurants & Bars, Mobile Hospitality is a handheld solution for restaurants and bars. Integrating fully with the Hospitality EPOS software, Mobile Hospitality allows maximum flexibility and increases functionality by utilising a portable, wireless handheld device that waiting staff can use to take orders at the table.

With a full colour screen, touch screen functionality and a clear display, waiting staff will be able to use the device, and see the screen clearly, both inside and outside your premises. Furthermore, the links with our Hospitality allow table plans to be shown on the handheld device, which can then assign each order to a table to ensure that the right orders are presented to the customers.

As soon as the order is processed by Mobile Hospitality the information is sent back to your EPOS system using WiFi technology which can then be processed. The order can still be changed or added either at the EPOS terminal or on the handheld device.
