We specialise in producing specific implementation plans and training courses designed to ensure you get the most from your Pegasus Opera II, Pegasus Opera 3, Pegasus CIS and Sage software systems.

How CSG will manage your implementation

Project Management

With dedicated Project Management staff involved from the inception of projects through to completion, you will have a representative working on your behalf to ensure all resources are planned, reviewed, and managed to fulfil the requirements of the project. Thus meeting all milestones and deadlines, and staying within budget.

Our consultants have the flexibility and experience to adapt easily to changing requirements, whilst identifying and controlling the risks inherent in all IT projects.

Installation

By the time we begin implementation we’ll already have an excellent understanding of your business. The installation will be implemented with pin-point accuracy and attention to detail. We'll help manage the entire process of installation and data migration with as little disruption to your business as possible.

We will appoint a dedicated project manager who will create an implementation plan in close consultation with you, to minimise any system downtime during the transition process.

Training

For your business to realise the full potential of your new system, staff will of course need to receive comprehensive training. Training is a best foot forward approach within CSG and it's always a fundamental part of any new implementation plan.

We’ll make sure that your people are not only technically competent with operating the system, but that they also feel at ease using it.

Training can take place at your premises or alternatively at our Head Office training centre. And once your system is up and running we’ll keep you operational with our comprehensive Pegasus Opera II, Pegasus Opera 3 and Sage support services.
