Telemarketing Executive (S/W Region)

Location: Bristol Office

Salary: Dependent On Experience

Position: Full Time

Department: Commercial

Background: CSG is an established Managed Service Provider of IT and Communication technology services to businesses. We supply, install and proactively support market-leading software, telephony and IT systems for organisations throughout Wales, South West England and the Midlands.

CSG are looking to recruit a Telemarketing Executive to arrange quality appointments by telephone for the companies’ sales consultants to attend and sell our various range of services.

The Role: Research target audience/prospects and establish decision makers and brief the sales team on appointments made and the business needs of the potential customers to equip the sales team fully to successfully prepare for meetings. You will target the best point of contact 'decision makers' remaining in frequent contact to achieve success, maintain records and cleanse data regularly. You will be passionate about CSG products and fully understand the key features and benefits to be able to articulate the product/solutions strengths. Managing workloads effectively and optimising all opportunities. Utilise and maintain the company’s internal CRM system to manage workload and update the prospect records.  

You will be an important member of a sales team and be expected to hit the ground running. Your day will be fully focused on maintaining call outs and prospect databases.

The successful applicant will be provided with the necessary product training and information to make a success of the role but evidently with any telemarketing role you will have the right attitude to succeed.

Required Experience:

  • B2B telemarketing/telesales experience is important.
  • Effective time management ensuring a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
  • Use and maintenance of prospect databases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Customer focused with good understanding of customer needs.
  • A professional telephone manner.
  • Persistency without being obvious.

Marketing / CRM Executive

Location: Bridgend Office (H/Q)

Salary: Dependent On Experience

Position: Full Time

Department: Commercial

Background: CSG is an established Managed Service Provider of IT and Communication technology services to businesses. We supply, install and proactively support market-leading software, telephony and IT systems for organisations throughout Wales, South West England and the Midlands.

CSG are looking to recruit a Marketing/CRM Executive to effectively maintain social media channels, website content, marketing collateral and campaigns for in house sales and telemarketing personnel. You will also provide sales support as an admin based function and deal with client queries liaising with field based sales & our Sales Manager.

The Role: Managing inbound and outbound client contact and internal requests from other departments. Building relationships with clients and acting as a liaison between clients and other internal departments to ensure that queries are resolved promptly. Managing client expectations, liaising with internal management to highlight key issues that could affect client relationships and suggesting courses of action. Acting as first point of contact for client account queries then progress to Commerical Team and Senior Management Team if necessary. 

Your day will vary from one day to the next and you will be expected to adaptable and accomadating.

The successful applicant will be provided with the necessary product training and information to make a success of the role.

Required Experience:

  • Impeccable levels of written and verbal communication.
  • High levels of professionalism, both client-facing and internal.
  • The ability to work as part of a tight-knit team.
  • Experience in a customer facing role.
  • A good understanding of commercial IT solutions including external hosted services (email, BUDR etc.) 
  • A basic understanding of commercial IT contracts and knowledge of their enforcement.
  • Knowledge of legislative/advisory industry best practice procedures (ISO, ITIL, GDPR etc.)
