SYSTEMS ENGINEER The candidate will have an in depth knowledge of Microsoft networks and local/wide area connectivity. The ideal candidate should have worked previously for a reseller providing 3rd party maintenance and networked solutions. Training will be provided for the right individual although special attention will be given to an accredited MCSE or an individual currently working towards the MCSE qualification. As this is a customer facing role the candidate must be presentable and be able to communicate at all levels. Experience of the following is also required ADSL, Firewalls, VPN remote access, terminal Server/Citrix, Routers, Enterprise antivirus solutions. SOFTWARE SUPPORT DESK PERSONNEL
The successful applicant will have worked in an accounts department using a computerized accounting system (preferably Pegasus Opera II or Sage line 50 or MMS), and have an understanding of current payroll legislation. He/she will take a front line role assisting customers accounting software queries and will also assist with administrative duties. Good communication and organization skills are essential. |
