CSG REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT POLICY
Computer Services Group will replace free of charge to the customer, any equipment covered by CSG Maintenance that is deemed beyond economical repair with a similar or better specification. CSG are a more pro-active Support Company than any other Service Provider. Included as part of our Standard Support Contract, we offer these additional Services and Support features:

CSG introduced the extremely secure Citrix Remote Service to its customers from August 2003. Software Support Diagnostic checks and preventative maintenance monitoring has been initiated from the desktop, vastly reducing down time.

Let CSG watch over your whole system 24/7. Real time alerts are sent to our engineers reporting problems or potential future failures allowing us to respond in a manor conducive to your business.
Daily reports can be sent to you via email confirming your system status. Weekly or monthly full system reports are also available. This service allows to us be more proactive in the support service we offer through using the latest support monitoring techniques.
Continuity Planning & Disaster
Business Continuity Planning & Disaster Contingency
This is designed around your Main Contract Schedule and gives a minimum network system of up to 5 users and includes Network Printers, Data Cable infrastructure and many more benefits. A Contract is enclosed for you to sign and return our copy to us.
If your Disaster Contingency / Recovery requirements are specific, a separate more comprehensive Disaster Contingency contract can be structured and implemented to compliment the main support contracts.
Equipment Asset Management
ICT Equipment Asset Management
To create an Asset Register of all ICT Equipment listing all relevant technical details. Each piece of equipment will be given an asset number and CSG will maintain the Asset Register on your behalf, sending you update’s upon request.
