The PC operator console is a modern, handsets PC based CTI application for the intelliGate system; it is designed so the operator and attendant function can be operated conveniently with a mouse or keyboard. In addition to this a office terminal handset can be used as a back to a PC failure.

Prioritize your calls - PC operator console allow you to view multiple external / internal callers. Therefore from PC console you are able to prioritize which caller to answer first. SIP Terminals – Hard / Soft Phone & GSM WiFi

It is possible to use SIP based Soft Phones most of which are free of charge, SIP extension license required.
Aastra SIP handset or third party SIP handset can be connected on the IntelliGate system – SIP extension licence required. Limited features available from these SIP terminals Examples of Soft – Phones which are already on the market GSM subscriber will be a new type of internal subscriber, who will be treated as a normal internal subscriber. As internal subscriber to the office phone system any incoming & outgoing calls from GSM WiFi is completely free, including any public hot spot area from abroad. When abroad - as internal subscriber to the office phone system user can utilise their telephone line from their office to make calls locally as oppose to dialling 0044 from their GSM The real GSM number is hidden. From users mobile calls can be switched between GSM & WiFi calls. A busy field/teamkey can be configured for this GSM subscriber. |
