Background: CSG is an established Managed Service Provider of IT and Communication technology services to businesses. We supply, install and proactively support market-leading software, telephony and IT systems for organisations throughout Wales, South West England and the Midlands.
CSG are looking to recruit a Marketing/CRM / Digital Executive to effectively maintain social media channels, website content, marketing collateral and campaigns for in house sales and telemarketing personnel. You will also provide sales support as an admin based function, although this will be limited, and deal with client queries liaising with field based sales & our Sales Manager.
The Role: The Marketing Executive will essentially be responsible for supporting the commercial team's marketing activity. Duties will include: helping to develop marketing campaigns; marketing events; manage and plan social media activity, define, manage and deliver regular sales promotions and create and manage email campaigns and management of website blogs. Proficient in Adobe packages.
Your day will vary from one day to the next and you will be expected to adaptable and accommodating.
The successful applicant will be provided with the necessary product training and information to make a success of the role.

Experience in a customer facing role.
A good understanding of commercial IT solutions including external hosted services (email, BUDR etc.) would be desired.
