CyberFirst Ambassador programme
We’re proud to announce that our marketing manager, Eve Oliver, has been recognised as a CyberFirst Ambassador by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC). This initiative connects industry professionals with schools to inspire young people to explore careers in cyber security.
As an ambassador, Eve plays a vital role in bridging the gap between education and industry, delivering talks, mentoring students, and sharing insights into the growing world of cyber security. Her work ensures that young people understand the importance of digital resilience and have the confidence to pursue careers in technology.
Cyber Explorers Cup Winners Day
We were thrilled to celebrate with Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Llangynwyd at the Cyber Explorers Cup Winners Day, supporting students as they explored AI and cyber security in real-world scenarios. Our team delivered interactive sessions, helping students understand how cyber threats impact businesses and individuals, and how they can be prevented.

QA Tech Talks: AI and cyber crime
CSG recently partnered with QA Ltd to deliver an in-depth webinar for teachers across England and Wales, focusing on the intersection of AI and cyber crime. The session explored practical strategies to help educators protect themselves against AI-driven cyber threats and provided guidance on how these critical lessons can be effectively communicated in the classroom. By sharing expertise and actionable insights, CSG was proud to give back to the education sector and support teachers in fostering a safer digital environment for themselves and their students.
Community engagement & knowledge sharing
We believe knowledge is power, and we’re committed to sharing it through innovative areas, such as joining Radio BGM as a technology expert whilst providing free cyber security awareness training to local businesses.
- Radio BGM volunteer work
CSG volunteers as a technology expert at Radio BGM, a community hospital radio station in Llanelli. Through regular broadcasts, we will be sharing practical cyber security tips with local businesses and community members, making cyber resilience accessible to all.

Partnering with Illuminate Learning, we’ve delivered free webinars to help SMEs understand the latest threats and adopt best practices for staying safe online. - Guest blogs for Cyber Resilience Centre for Wales
Our contributions to the Cyber Resilience Centre for Wales provide actionable advice for businesses across the region, helping them strengthen their defences against cyber crime.
Supporting local causes

- Macmillan Coffee Mornings
Our team regularly hosts coffee mornings to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support, helping provide essential services for those affected by cancer. - Swansea Truck Pull
We joined forces with clients and partners to take part in the Swansea Truck Pull, raising money for the South West Wales Cancer Fund, a day of teamwork and determination for a great cause. - Litter Picking Initiatives
Our apprentices regularly dedicate time to litter picking around our HQ, keeping the local environment clean and fostering community pride.

In partnership with Active Gloucestershire, we’ve given old laptops a new lease of life, factory wiping and repurposing them for community initiatives instead of sending them to landfill. This project not only reduces e-waste but also provides valuable resources for those who need them most.
