CSG's growth

Since our launch in 1985, CSG has gone from strength to strength, growing organically year-on-year. Much of our growth can be credited to word of mouth and referrals as we continue to build on our reputation for great customer service and support.

Over our 32 plus years in business we have built a loyal client portfolio and customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Many of our clients come from industries such as law firms, barristers chambers, accountancy practices and other professional service organisations but we are increasingly attracting clients from other sectors, including manufacturing, retail and engineering. 

CSG's team

The staff at CSG are our most important asset and we are a team of passionate, personable and experienced IT professionals. With 35 staff, 25 who are technical and working on our service desk, we apply the same approach to our staff that we do to our customers.

As an organisation we take training very seriously and as an IT managed service provider, one of our key strengths is the qualifications and certifications held by our 25 strong team of technical staff. We encourage both internal training as well as external training and regularly send our staff both technical and non-technical on training courses to develop them in their specific job roles.

CSG's service

As a business we are always looking at ways to enhance our customer service offering and take feedback from our customers very seriously. We provide a number of customer service initiatives including regular account management visits, customer surveys and customer feedback forms to ensure we are maintaining the levels of service our clients expect from us.

We are ISO:9001 qualified and have introduced an ITIL Service Management best practice approach to ensure that we focus on aligning IT services with the needs of our clients.
