End User Licensing Agreements

The following End User Licensing Agreements (EULAs) are the legal agreements between vendors that CSG use for various technology and cyber security services – Microsoft, Sophos, Kaseya/Datto and Acronis – that outlines the terms and conditions under which customers may use the software. It is important that customers of CSG are aware of the agreements as they specify the rights and limitations of the user, including how the software can be installed, used and distributed.

EULAs protect both CSG and the end user by clearly defining permissible and what is not. This helps prevent misuse of the software, ensures compliance with legal standards, and protects intellectual property rights. By being aware of the terms detailed in the EULA, customers can avoid potential legal issues and ensure they are fully informed about their rights and responsibilities when using the software.

Below you will find links to the EULAs from our key vendors:

We recommend that all customers review these agreements thoroughly to understand the terms associated with the use of these products.
