How CSG is making a positive difference where it matters most
What are we getting involved with?
CyberFirst Ambassador programme
Our marketing manager, Eve Oliver, is a dedicated CyberFirst Ambassador as part of the Cyber First Wales initiative which is funded by the National Cyber Security Centre [NCSC]. Our contribution to the scheme helps further connects industry professionals with schools to inspire young people to explore careers in cyber security.
“You go above and beyond as a CyberFirst ambassador!” – Holly from CyberFirst.
As an ambassador, Eve plays a vital role in bridging the gap between education and industry, delivering talks, mentoring students, and sharing insights into the growing world of cyber security.
Her work ensures that young people understand the importance of digital resilience and have the confidence to pursue careers in technology.
CSG our proud to give up time to provide regular presentations, support and content to local schools and young people who are looking to get into a career in IT, cyber security and technology.
Supporting local causes
Community support is at the heart of what we do at CSG. Over the past year, we’ve continued to support local and regional charities through events.
Macmillan Coffee Mornings
Our team regularly hosts coffee mornings to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support, helping provide essential services for those affected by cancer.
Swansea Truck Pull
We joined forces with clients and partners to take part in the Swansea Truck Pull, raising money for the South West Wales Cancer Fund, a day of teamwork and determination for a great cause.
Litter Picking Initiatives
Our apprentices regularly dedicate time to litter picking around our HQ, keeping the local environment clean and fostering community pride.

Sports & wellbeing
We know that sport builds resilience, teamwork and confidence, values we share at CSG.
WRU Division 4 West Match Sponsor
CSG supported WRU Division 4 West A fixture this February [2026] and it was a brilliant afternoon of community rugby and local talent. We extend our congratulations to Gethin and Gethin, who were selected as Players of the Game for their exceptional performances on the field!
At CSG we believe strong communities are built when local businesses step up, get involved, and help create opportunities for others.
Well done to everyone involved in Saturday’s match, a fantastic display of teamwork, energy and local spirit. We look forward to continuing our support throughout the season.
Maesteg Celtic RFC Sponsorship
Our sponsorship helps young athletes develop their skills and stay active, promoting healthy lifestyles and community spirit.

By supporting Wooden Spoon, the children’s charity of rugby, we help fund projects that improve the lives of disadvantaged children across the UK.
