Emma is responsible for management of the helpdesk team.

This includes meeting customer service level agreements (SLAs) and coordinating of our helpdesk and field support staff effectively and efficiently. Emma has over 20 years experience within CSG’s service and support departments, her knowledge and dedication is second to none.
