Help Desk Support
Our complementary support offering provides your IT department with access to our help desk team. This can be during working hours from 8-5 or an a 24/7 basis, depending on your support contract.
Are you undertaking a large project that is too big for your internal team? We can assist with project completion and on a budget too. We like to go above and beyond for our customer's needs.
If you require 24/7 monitoring, our support packages can include this and will constantly manage and monitor your network. We can monitor, identify and fix issues every hour of the day to limit downtime for your business
We are ISO: 9001 qualified and follow an ITIL Service Management best practice approach. Ensuring our focus is on aligning our IT services, weather managed or complementary, with the needs of our clients. We have 1st, 2nd and 3rd line engineers who work on the specialist support help desk and are there to assist you whenever you need an issue resolved. We also have overflow systems set up so tickets can be raised by other members of the CSG team even if the support desk is occupied.
