Block hour IT support is great for businesses that don’t require a yearly IT support contract; giving you access to our highly skilled technicians when you need them. It could be for a specific project you need additional help on. It could be because you have limited IT expenditure but still need external support. Or maybe your IT infrastructure doesn’t require 24/7 monitoring.
Here at CSG we have a range of support options including 50, 100, 150 and 200 hours.
What you get
It is not inclusive of the following:
- Out of hours engineering
- Network cabling services
- Unused hours are non-refundable should they not be used within the calendar year
- Expenses, hardware, software or subscription services
- CSG reserves the right to not provide support on systems or equipment that are deemed non standard
- Provision of large infrastructure projects will need to be surveyed prior to agreement
Why use block hours?
The best part of having block hour support is that you can use your hours however you see fit. It could be for technical services, repairs, upgrades and patching, troubleshooting and even maintenance. Once your hours have been used, you can either move onto our Managed Support Programme if you feel it is necessary or you can continue with additional hours.
