Management of the ServiceDesk & teams

Richard ensures the ServiceDesk is functioning to the required levels day to day , in order to meet client requirements. He has joined from Sony UK and has a good pedigree in IT, has strong management experience and will be managing the ITIL based service desk to ensure SLAs are met for our client base. Richard has been brought in to build on existing methodologies in place but also to bring fresh ideas and impetus in managing what is a busy ServiceDesk of 30+ engineers and 100s of support requests on a daily basis.
