CSG 2023 Round-Up

CSG 2023 Round-Up shows all the exciting things that CSG has been able to achieve within the community. It has been an exciting and progressive year for CSG. We have continued to supply our clients with the latest advancements in IT, Cyber Security and the Cloud.

We continue to work with a range of businesses in different sectors, from the law industry to charities, from specialist contractors to University hospitals and more.

Our clients have all experienced ongoing support in adopting IT infrastructure support, cloud migration, next generation firewall set ups and many more innovative technology solutions.

2023 welcomed some new customers for the firm and have continued to supply our current customers with expert support and advice to ensure they are on top of the game with their IT infrastructure.

Microsoft Azure has been a focal point for our team to provide the most up to date cloud platform available for companies to work faster, do more and save money.

“CSG recommended we migrate our IT systems into MS Azure to take advantage of the latest technologies and cyber security systems. We recently had a fire in our server room, and because of the systems in place, it didn’t impact on the business in any way, and we were able to continue working. AVD enables our staff to work smart and access all the important apps and data wherever they are based.” – Ian Thomas, IT Manager, of Bevan Buckland LLP.

We expect to see more customers migrating to Microsoft Azure in 2024 and to embrace the new features from Microsoft that have come out in 2023 and are due to come out next year.

2023 has also welcomed some innovations in Sophos Endpoint Security, helping our clients stay ahead of today’s constantly changing security management demands.

In 2024, companies are more likely to have more intelligent cyber-attacks made against them, with cyber security assessments requiring the most up to date systems to fully protect yourself. CSG are here to help support you against these threats.

Ty Hafan – Ride to the Rugby

We are supporting Rhodri Bwye, who is taking part in the Ty Hafan Charity event “Ride to the Rugby” in February 2024.

“With the help of CSG, I’ve been able to reach my target.” – Rhodri Bwye, “I will be wearing the CSG logo with pride”.

The team at CSG are thrilled to be supporting such an important cause and charity.  Watch Rhodri Bwye’s Video.

Football Team Sponsorship

CSG’s 2023 Round-Up includes our sporting activities: we have supported Carmarthen-based Johnstown Jags football team, a junior football team for boys and girls from 6-16 years old. It’s so important to CSG to give back to our local community and helping support inspiring young football players has been a privilege for the company.

Wooden Spoon Rugby Charity

Wooden Spoon Wales is a charity who are incredibly passionate about raising vital funds to support children across Wales with disabilities or facing disadvantage.

CSG participated in a Rugby Vets Money Rasing Event in 2023, helping raise important funds for the cause. We also supplied a Joint Kit Sponsor for the Maesteg Celtic Vets Rugby.
