CSG has been rewarding its staff for 20 years of service at the company.
This month, two staff from CSG, one of Wales’ longest established IT providers, reached the momentous milestone. Another staff member is set to join them next year.
Stan Aikman and Gareth Mackerill celebrated their achievement as they received awards from managing director, Ron Vyse, during a ceremony at our head office in Bridgend.
“A lot has changed over my 20 years at CSG. I have seen the company continue to grow year on year and I wouldn’t want to work anywhere else,” commented Stan Aikman.
“The focus on staff development and the investment the business makes is second to none. It’s an outstanding company to work for. I look forward to reaching my 25 years of service next,” added Gareth Mackerill.
CSG also acknowledged its commitment to staff development, as several have become Microsoft Certified Solutions Experts.
With business in 2019 showing no signs of slowing, the company has also welcomed three 2nd Line Engineers in recent weeks, in addition to the two staff brought in at the end of 2018.
