As part of a proactive approach to managing our clients IT systems and requirements, CSG are happy to announce agreements are in place to undertake complete IT system upgrades and ongoing managed support services for 5 of our existing clients intially worth over £100,000.
The system upgrades will be delivered with latest Microsoft operating systems, virtualisation technologies and use of our Tier 3 Data Centre for robust disaster recovery solutions. The 360° Managed Support Programme will ensure that the clients gain the most from their investments and are suitably supported on a proactive and managed basis.
Some of our well established clients, a firm of solicitors and a wholesalers business, are hosting some key applications in our Data Centre facilities where services are guaranteed in the event of a disaster such as a fire or flood. All of which are delivered within a fixed monthly cost.
