CSG are pleased to announce we have achieved the ISO:9001 QMS accreditation!

Through certification CSG will implement processes and practices for the purpose of improving productivity, reduce costs for our clients and increasing customer satisfaction.

The ISO 9001 definition of quality extends to organisations demonstrating good practice across areas of business such as –

ISO stands for International Organisation for Standardisation whilst the number ‘9001’ is the ICS (International Classification for Standards) and refers to it being part of the 9000 ‘family’.

The ISO:9001 standard required CSG to meet quality standards for both its own requirements and those of its customers and regulators. “ISO:9001 certified” means CSG has met the standards of the ISO:9001 quality management system, helping CSG to identify and implement improvements to our organisation’s processes.

By gaining certification CSG are now well equipped with a quality manual outlining process, and the necessary management tools to improve working practices throughout the entire organisation.
