CSG is seeing continued growth through the team. Please help us in welcoming our three new starters!

The past year has been a trialling time for everyone, but as a business, we’re very pleased to see a continuation in growth throughout the business and feel particularly pleased with the direction in which CSG is expanding and strengthening during these times which are often difficult to navigate.

We have persevered and worked through the past year to ensure we maintain our usual level of service for our clients. This effort of perseverance has allowed us to adapt and overcome. As a result, CSG is very happy to welcome three new key members to the team.

We have appointed highly skilled individuals to vital roles within the company, taking CSG to a new level of expertise and allowing us to maintain the high level of service that we strive to provide to our clients.

Please help us in welcoming our new starters:


  • Richard Saunders – Service Management

Richard has joined from Sony UK and has a good pedigree in IT, has strong management experience and will be managing the ITIL based service desk to ensure SLAs are met for our client base.  Richard has been brought on to build on existing methodologies in place but also to bring fresh ideas and impetus in managing what is a busy ServiceDesk of 30+ engineers and 100s of support requests on a daily basis. 


  • Andrew Simpson – Service Desk Engineer

Andrew worked for CSG for a number of years previously and now re-joins to bolster the 2nd tier ServiceDesk and will be helping to support CSG’s clients on a day-to-day basis across IT, networking and voice services.


  • Simon Moppett – Senior Software Engineer

Simon comes to us with a wealth of knowledge of the Pegasus Software range of services and will be a welcome addition to the software team to help navigate clients through challenges with their line of business software.  Simon has over 10 years’ experience in support delivery across the Pegasus software range of products. 

 We wish Richard, Andrew, and Simon a successful future at CSG.
