CSG uses Sophos Email in order to protect ransomware, phish threats and other malicious forms of attack from jeopardising our network and machines. Sophos email is cloud email security delivered simply through Sophos Central’s easy-to-use single management console. Protect sensitive information, and your people, from unwanted and malicious email threats today, and tomorrow, with the latest artificial intelligence.
Following migration of your email service to the Sophos advanced email protection platform, please take a few minutes to view the features of the service. There is important information around how you are now able to encrypt emails easily (this section can be found at 9:05 mins) to protect sensitive data and importantly how your staff can manage their own quarantined emails (this section can be found at 10.25mins) via the self-service portal.
It is vitally important that staff with email accounts are aware of the changes and how to check messages that have been marked as spam. The thresholds will be more sensitive than the previous facility and therefore they need to be mindful of checking the digest reports and self-administering emails that should not have been quarantined.
You will also notice security banners are now available confirming where emails are received from external sources and therefore staff can be more vigilant before opening the content. We hope this content has provided useful to you.
