Company Success
CSG has celebrated some considerable success recently with huge achievements in delivering the best I.T. services for SMEs.
Great results have enabled the company to strategically move into the next stages of growth to develop the company further, whilst still servicing our client base in the best way we always strive to.
To go alongside our growth and success, CSG has adapted its senior management team to offer a structure that helps us deliver the best results possible for our clients.
New Senior Management Structure
The change is designed to support CSG’s continued growth, whilst still being robust and agile enough to service our existing and new clients.
Founding member, Ron Vyse has moved to Chairman of the Board, leaving a managerial ecosystem as follows:
Managing Director – Matthew
Matthew is in charge of providing the overall strategy and direction for the company, driving key growth objectives and supporting each team in the best way possible. Having joined CSG in 2005 as an account manager, Matthew was thrown in at the deep end having little technological experience. However, it wasn’t long before he progressed up the company through various managerial and senior roles, before becoming Managing Director at a time of exciting growth for CSG.
Matthew enjoys the day to day challenge of overseeing a progressive company such as CSG and working closely with clients to achieve the best results possible. Outside of the company, Matthew enjoys travelling with his family, keeping fit and the odd beer or two!
Projects & Systems Manager – Kyron
Kyron looks after CSG’s internal infrastructure, technical operations, CSG’s Projects Team as well as the projects themselves. Joining CSG 6 years ago as a Project Engineer, earning his stripes on more complex installs and working his way up the company ladder, Kyron has excelled in the CSG environment enjoying the challenge and variation of his working life.
Outside of all things I.T. Kyron enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies and anything horror related!
Service Manager – Richard
Richard takes care of the management of the Service Department including the Helpdesk, Opera and SOD installation teams. Having joined CSG fairly recently (8 months ago), Richard enjoys working with the team here at CSG, as well as providing the best service for our clients.
Outside of CSG, Richard enjoys swimming with his son, and has already completed a number of half marathons in the last few years, and is looking to do his first full marathon next year!
Regional Sales Director – Ricky
Ricky’s main responsibilities are centred around the continued growth and development within the South West Region. Working closely with existing customers to ensure they continue to receive the best service from CSG, helping with strategy and developing their technology services. Joining CSG over 7 years ago as an account manager, after five and a half years Ricky was promoted to Regional Sales Director.
Ricky enjoys the family feel at CSG with many of the team having worked here for a very long time. We all care for our customers and we always go the extra mile for them.
Outside of working life, Ricky enjoys golf and spending quality time with his wife and children.
Company Secretary – Dee
Dee is the company secretary and is often one of the first ports of call for CSG. Dee joined the company in 2003 as a member of the service desk team doing Pegasus Opera Support, and with a strong background in HR, payroll and finance it wasn’t long before she moved to the role of the company secretary. Dee enjoys the variety of work and working closely with CSG’s clients, to assist them with their needs and enquiries.
Outside of work, self-confessed holiday lover Dee enjoys spending time with her family and has even completed a solo parachute jump – FOR FUN!

In the New Year, CSG will be offering a range of new services, marking an exciting time for the company and our clients, as we move into new technologies and continue to offer leading I.T. solutions for SMEs.
