CSG, the leading Pegasus partner in the South West and Wales has been awarded their second Centre of Excellence for their Bristol offices. With 20 support specialists within a helpdesk that is structured over two locations giving our customers a continuity of service in any disaster scenario.

CSG have now expanded their Managed IT Support Programme to include a managed support service for Pegasus Opera and Pegasus CIS.

The development of our Pegasus monitoring and reporting systems gives our customers a unique support service on a 24/7 basis with daily/weekly/monthly reports. The service now forms part of our CSG 360 Managed Support Programme.
