The upgrade will be installed and controlled by our certified team of Aastra engineers. CSG have been providing innovative and leading telephony systems for over 15 years across the whole of Wales and the South West. We offer a range of telephone systems from one of the world’s major telephony providers, Aastra, along with our own hosted IP telephony service.
The upgrades will be delivered with latest integrated and scalable telephony systems will enable the client to communicate effortlessly anywhere, anytime. The 360° Managed Support Programme will ensure that the client will gain the most from their investment and they are suitably supported on a proactive and managed basis by our team of in house experts.
The Aastra 400 range offers the perfect telephone solution, from SME’s right up to multi-nationals. Standard features include the latest VOIP and SIP capabilities, Computer Telephone Integration (CTI), Unified Messaging, Mobile Convergence and much more.
The Aastra 400 is perfectly suited to meet the needs of SME businesses and can be deployed everywhere – in industry, the public sector, financial institutions, hotels, homes and care facilities.
CSG evaluated the telephony requirements and implemented the IP based telephony system that provided an uplift in hardware, functionality and performance.
The new IP telephony system means that the business has a system that will expand to meet the demands of future growth. Additional extensions can be deployed on the system with simple software licensing and no expensive hardware to purchase. Additional functionality such as mobile integration / DECT handsets (walkabout) and CTI (computer telephony integration) can be added easily and cost effectively.
