We have seamlessly rolled out ConnectWise to our customers successfully. But as with any complex system there are bound to be teething problems. ConnectWise is aimed at providing customers with the best and most secure support management solution on the market. In order to keep our excellent customer service standard, we have also welcomed four new staff across three departments. Additionally, we are recruiting support engineers as well.

As well as the investment in new staff and new software, we have also started refurbishment work at our Head Office in Bridgend. We look forward to welcoming visitors once work has been completed.
