The Celtic Manor Resort is an award-winning resort, set in 2000 acres of parkland in the Usk Valley. With a spa, six restaurants and three championship golf courses, it features a range of facilities for everyone. The team at The Celtic Manor Resort were looking to assess its entire workforce before automatically enrolling those who are eligible to into their pension scheme. Crucially, the process needed to be managed on an ongoing basis to ensure changes were implemented when appropriate and live records were maintained, along with implementing e-mail payslips to its workforce of 1,200.
